Temecula Preparatory School is about "Others First" and this includes our desire to develop and focus on our PEOPLE!
People are the most important aspect to any organization. This is why we've recently developed a Leadership Institute to train up leaders from within. In addition, we offer a comparable salary and benefits package, and invest in professional development for our faculty and staff on an ongoing basis.
In addition to the Leadership Institute, we are also in the process of developing a robust human resources program for our staff, our most valuable resource. This program will include various components such as professional development, personal development, training, and mentoring.
