Human Resource Development

Passion and purpose

Temecula Preparatory School is about "Others First" and this includes our desire to develop and focus on our PEOPLE!

People are the most important aspect to any organization. This is why we've recently developed a Leadership Institute to train up leaders from within. In addition, we offer a comparable salary and benefits package, and invest in professional development for our faculty and staff on an ongoing basis.

In addition to the Leadership Institute, we are also in the process of developing a robust human resources program for our staff, our most valuable resource. This program will include various components such as professional development, personal development, training, and mentoring.

Temecula Preparatory School provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, Temecula Preparatory School complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the organization has facilities. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.

Temecula Preparatory School expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. Improper interference with the ability of Temecula Preparatory Schools’ employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge.
