We're Making Progress!

September 2007: - Our new multi-purpose building was completed just in time for the first day of school! Students have already benefited from the shelter at lunchtime during those predictable days of scorching heat. We have also held Back to School Night and our first meeting of the School Leadership Council in the MPR.

There is a lot of enthusiasm for the fundraising for our gym flooring and we hope to have that in place soon.

The Upper School facilities have doubled in size and our middle school grades are enjoying new lockers. We have added a set of portable bleachers to our athletic field and look forward to putting in more permanent ones in the future. Another camera system is in place to keep watch over the campus and our new facilities as well.

Though we continue to grow, we aim to stay true to our foundation as a small, friendly place where students feel safe and nurtured as they learn to become the best people they can be.

May 9, 2007 - The construction of our Multipurpose Room/Gym is in the final stages! The building components are being set into place for use this fall. The new building will also house our administrative offices, freeing up the current office for classroom space. We are also adding seven more classrooms to our Upper School to accommodate our growing high school population.

The support of our parents, students, staff, and Board of Directors, along with the incredible support from the Temecula Valley Unified School District, has made this all possible. Thank you to all!View Movie

Aug. 21, 2006 - The rumors are true! TPS is in the process of getting two new playground structures for our Lower School students. Construction will be completed by the end of August and our students will certainly be putting this equipment to good use. Thank you to all for your patience and faith.

The plans for our new multipurpose room/gym have finally been approved by the state. Bids are being gathered for the construction process and we hope to break ground before Christmas.

Feb. 2, 2006 - The sod for our athletic field has arrived! The track material is in and we are ordering equipment for high jumps and hurdles. We hope to be able to use the field in March after the sod has a chance to take root.

November 23, 2005 - Grading has begun on our Athletic Field, and we hope to be hosting our own events soon. We look forward to finally having the home field advantage!

The Latest: Our Athletic Field is in Progress!

October 20, 2005 -Our identity is in place, as we've installed
the new Temecula Preparatory School
marquee in a prominent location at the
front of the school! Plans for our multi-
purpose room/gym are waiting for approval
from the state - we hope to break ground
early next year. Landscaping should be
in place in November, and the
soccer playfield is also under
construction at this time, with
the hope of having it available
in January. There are lots of
new things happening each
day, some visible and some
not, but we are definitely
moving forward.

Over the summer, our port-
able buildings were moved
onto the new site and secure-
ly installed in anticipation of
the upcoming school year.
Construction will continue
throughout the year, as we
move toward completion of the permanent facility that will soon occupy the grounds.

Our new campus will provide a warm and welcoming environment for all of our students and staff, and will offer all the modern amenities of a state of the art educational center. Construction will be ongoing over the course of the next year, and we invite you to visit this section of our web site frequently to see updated images and descriptions of the current state of development.

After triumphing over four complete campus relocations in the short span of just five years, Temecula Preparatory School is finally home at its permanent location close to the intersection of Washington St. and Thompson Rd. in Winchester (see map).
