Athletic News

Much has happened in the lower sports program.  Our boys basketball team wrapped up the season nicely under the leadership of Head Coach Joseph Clevenger, and the girls team played their hearts out with only five (and sometimes four!) players.  The basketball program for our middle school aged students will continue to blossom as we get more students over the next few years, as well as a gymnasium in the near future (construction plans are under way!).  Way to go teams!  We're proud of you.

The soccer season has begun by being the first TPS sport to host games on our new field.  The girls team is lead by diverse head coach extraordinaire Joseph Clevenger, and the boys teams are under the leadership of head coach Bud O'Neill and assistant Daniel Branch.  These teams are an example of classy sportsmanship and are quite good too.  We are excited to see how these seasons finish as they are contending for first place.  Come out to the games!  The teams would love your support.

Finally, TPS will be hosting a track meet for our middle school league right here on our campus, as well as a championship golf match at Temeku Hills.  The teams in our league that we compete with year round in all the sports are Hillcrest, Linfield, St. Jeanne, Van Avery Prep, Rancho CC, Calvary Chappel Murrieta, and our friendly, cross-parking-lot rivals, Temecula Valley Charter.  Keep an eye and ear out for the games and come support our Patriots!
